Clerical Assistant

Grade Details: Grade 2/3

Salary: £18,562 – £19,698 pro rata

Hours: 30 hours per week

Working Weeks: 38 Weeks Plus 2 Inset days

Contract Type: Permanent

Start Date: Tuesday 4th January 2022

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • Experience of general clerical duties
  • Experience of prioritising and managing tasks
  • Effective organisational skills and ability to work on their own initiative, and with colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective use of ICT and other specialist equipment/resources
  • Maintain strong parental communications.

The Governing Body at Elsecar Holy Trinity C of E Primary Academy is seeking to appoint 2 well-motivated, enthusiastic lunchtime supervisors. Applications are welcome from both experienced candidates as well as those seeking to start their career as Lunchtime supervisor.

  • Can work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities
