The Governing Body at Elsecar Holy Trinity C of E Primary Academy is seeking to appoint 2 well-motivated, enthusiastic lunchtime supervisors. Applications are welcome from both experienced candidates as well as those seeking to start their career as Lunchtime supervisor.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience of working in a primary school
  • Ability to relate well to children and adults
  • Can work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities

Catering Assistants and Relief Catering Assistant Vacancies

Please note that due to the nature of this position and the need to work with specific equipment, we are unfortunately unable to accept applications from individuals under the age of 18.

St Marys Academy Trust are looking to recruit a group of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to work as catering assistants and relief employees in our school kitchens.

Hours vary from 1 hour to 3 hours per day and are over lunchtime period in school term.

As our service operates within the St Mary’s Acdaemy schools you could be asked to work at any of our schools, however the candidate’s ability to travel will be taken into consideration when assigning placements.

The work is varied and may include basic food preparation, setting up of dining areas, serving of meals and all associated cleaning duties in a busy kitchen.

Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
As the posts are based in schools, an Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) check is required.
